Description:This menu includes my famous Individual Beef Wellingtons. It will be a seudah to remember! You can serve the leek-mushroom sauce on the beef wellingtons, for a beautiful presentation. Most of the simanim are included in this menu: carrots, squash, leek, beets, pomegranate and blackeyed peas.

Don't forget to add raisins to the challah - I like to use golden raisins. Devorah Heller has a special way to add them. She doesn't add them to the dough itself. After she rolls out the long ropes, she slices them down the length of the rope adds the raisins to the cut area and closes up the dough with her fingers. This way, no raisins fall of the challah and no raisins get burned. They all stay right inside the challah. Pretty clever, eh?
