Description:We're makpid to serve fish at all Seudos Mitzva, but on YT I like to be a bit more creative than the traditional gefilte fish and salmon route, serving either a salad featuring grilled salmon or salmon knishes or croquettes served alongside some dressed greens.
I also try to offer a variety of flavors in my menu so that everyone comes away happy.
