Description:Start with the multi-grain challah. If you're adding raisins, reduce the amount of sugar in the recipe a little. This menu has a sampling of many of my newly added recipes, including two-tone danishes, noodles and cabbage, carmelized butternut squash, my famous Karen's succulent roast and for dessert, a sampling of a heimishe kitchen - slitted apple kugel, yodels and, of course, my niece, Aliza's famous crinkle cookies. Ahh - Yom Tov!
