Nut Tartlets And Ice Cream With A Peanut Butter Fudge Sauce
Win friends and influence people with this indulgent dessert. A most befitting finale for the Purim Seuda.

Nut Tartlets: 30 tartlet shells (available in baking supply stores)
Baking chocolate, opt. (melted) for dipping tartlet shells into for a dark rim (see photo)
1 ¼ cups sugar
1 Tbsp honey
¾ cup dessert whip
2 cups assorted chopped roasted nuts (almonds, cashew, pistachio etc.)

Vanilla ice cream – basic recipe, or dare I say even bought pareve ice cream!

Peanut Butter Fudge Sauce:
½ cup light karo syrup
½ cup creamy peanut butter
¼ cup dessert whip
½ cup chocolate chips

Serving idea: Serve tartlets alone or with ice cream and sauce. An absolutely dangerous combination!

Note: Cashews and other nuts should be checked for infestation. They were left whole for the photo.
