Sunday lunch was always my father's meal to make for the family. Pasta was on the menu and with my father's quirky sense of humor, he took everything out of the fridge to come up with this recipe. I called him last week as I was trying to get rid of the last package of spaghetti before Pesach, to recall all of the ingredients. Here it is:

I seem to recall Daddy frying the spaghetti in butter and then adding the rest of the ingredients. And I don't remember the mushroom part at all. But this sure is yummy any way!
