This is one of the best schnitzel recipes that I have ever tasted. Best part, for me anyways, is that you bake it instead of frying. I just made these for a seudah and everyone loved them.
1 package chicken cutlets (6 pieces)

1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup honey
squeeze of mustard

1 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2-3 crushed garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup water

bread crumbs (or matza meal)
sesame seeds

Thanks for this awesome recipe! For a twist, I often coat the the chicken with barbeque sauce and it is delicious!
