Helpful Hints
Its 1/3 cup peanut butter and 1/3 cup sweetner in the ice cream. (I don't know why the recipe keeps changing the measurement to 1 cup, so I just changed it to decimals.)

combine the first 4 ingredients. if you are using the brown sugar, melt over a low flame. chill in the frig until cold. transfer to ice cream maker and let it run 25-25 minutes. Then transfer to a freezer safe bowl. (If you don't have an ice cream maker, you can put it in the freezer, and mix it as it freezes, once every 1/2 hour-hour until its solid. For the chips, while the ice cream is freezing in the ice cream maker, melt the 4 chips ingredients. When the ice cream is done and in the f

continued: When the ice cream is done and in the freezer bowl, pour the melted ingredients over the ice cream. they should solidify. then break up the chips with a spoon as you mix them into the ice cream. freeze. let that 15 minutes before serving. enjoy!

Clarification: 1. You don't have to freeze it after it comes out of the ice cream maker if you want to eat right away. 2. If you aren't using an ice cream maker, freeze it for at least 2 hours before adding the chips liquid.
