These are totally delicious and no one will ever guess how healthy they are (they have no oil!) Perfect for breakfast or a quick lunch, or just about anytime.
 
Ingredients
3/4 cup applesauce
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup honey
1 large egg
3/4 cup yogurt
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup whole wheat flour (70%)
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips, (can use regular) plus a few more for sprinkling on top

I think you can sub it, but I might try the Tofutti sour cream which is a little lighter.
