Parve Mint Tiramisu
i've used tofutti in the past for a parve tiramisu and to be honest i hated the taste and texture it gave.. so i experimented with vanilla pudding mix and non-dairy whip and it turned out really well!

What size containers of Richs' Here in Israel there are many different sizes and kids also we buy by the grams. 250 gram package for example. Can brewed coffee be uses rather than powdered disolved? What size dinner mints. Can I use Schmerling (or another brand of mint choc bar instead? ANd if so how much . Please list measurements and not packages as people from different parts of the world read this. I do not even know what Bendick is.

richs whip - not the small one and not the 1L the medium size so 16oz/500g brewed coffee will be fine might even taste better. any brand dinner mints/bar will be fine - in an average packet of dinner mints i probably used half so you just eyeball it really. you need enough so that within each layer you cover the cream with a thin layer of grated chocolate. half a bar of chocolate would do or half a packet of dinner mints.
