Butternut Squash Soup

About 10 minutes before Rosh Hashana, my husband received a phone call from a friend who had said previously was not coming to yeshiva, decided he was coming after all and wanted to know if meals were still available. As our house is always open, and I usually cook for at least a dozen people, even with just the four of us, we readily agreed. However, the only thing we had just enough for was the chicken soup. I knew I had butternut squash puree in the freezer and some coffee creamer left over from the kugel so I quickly googled and looked through a few recipes until I found one that worked. I don't remember where I got this recipe but it was a real lifesaver and it was a big hit with the guests (yes multiple, as my husband brought home two more buchrim with him.)

Ingredients
1 box of frozen pureed butternut squash (such as birdseye brand), defrosted
1 coffee creamer, defrosted
1 pinch of cinnamon
