A family favourite!
1 cos/romaine lettuce
2 tomatoes
2 lebanee cucumbers (the smaller type)
1 red pepper
1 avocado
1/2 spanish onion
3 heaped tbsp sliced black olives
1 cup mayonaise
1/2 c white vinegar
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c ketchup
1 heaped tbsp sweet paprika
1/2 tsp chilli powder or crushed (or more if you are game!)
1 tbsp garlic fresh or powdered
S&P to taste
Taco or Corn chips (plain or BBQ flavour)

Helpful Hints
-Never dress a fresh salad until right before you serve it.
-Dry your lettuce leaves - this makes your salad crispier.
-Platters are great for salads - they look really beautiful
