I can't make enough of these. One of my grandsons can eat a minimum of 10 at a time. His brother makes it a point to always eat one more than him.

Ingredients
24 corn tortillas
shredded chicken - small handful for each one
refried beans - either canned or made fresh
if canned, make sure they are vegetarian
salsa or mole to put on top of tacos
vegetable oil for frying

Helpful Hints
Layer the beans on the bottom half of the tortillas - almost to the edges, then cover with the shredded chicken.
Best eaten on the same day. But, can be reheated the next day. make 3 per person, but my grandkids can each eat 10
I am constantly asked to make these.
